So yes, I'm back in Aveiro, Portugal! I still can't believe these last nine month have gone by so quickly! I had such a great time in Tallinn! I met so many interesting people from all around the world and I also had the opportunity to get to know more about the Nordic countries. All this experience was amazing and I can't help but feel nostalgic about it!

Today

My friend Sunhee from South Korea is so photogenic that I had to dedicate her a post. She was definitely my favorite model from last semester! We were living together in the dorm and we had a lot of fun in Tallinn, Helsinki and Oslo! She also taught me a lot about her country and culture... And now I know that this "ㅋ" is not a mad face as I thought it was.
I really hope I'll get to see you again, Sunhee!

Since the weather was great yesterday we decided to go the fair. I felt like a happy child again!! It reminded me so much of Feira de Março, the annual fair in Aveiro. However, the weirdest thing was that it was forbidden to shout in the attractions... why?!?!?!

Last Thursday we had the International evening at Tallinn University. People brought traditional food from their own countries and there were also some performances and music. We had a lot of fun!!

We found some similarities between this picture and Grant Wood's "American Gothic"

Hakan, be Turkish; Peter, be Russian.

I took these photos in the Erasmus bus tour that we had like two months ago. The weather was good that day, it was -20º C (-4º F)!!

This post might sound stupid, but I just had these pictures from a bar's restroom (Clazz) in one of my folders and I wanted to share them with you.

Have a nice weekend!

Last September I went to this street festival in Uus Maailm (Estonian for New World), one of the districts of Tallinn. The weather was really good that day (something not usual over here) and all the neighbors seemed really happy and friendly. It reminded me of the Town of Spectre, this perfect town from "Big Fish"

There were some concerts, workshops, games, people selling their clothes or homemade food. The most amazing thing for me was someone who was selling food directly from the kitchen's window (see last picture). And the hanging umbrellas, of course.

Sometimes there's no need to complicate. A white wall, two or three work lamps and the help from my Lithuanian and Korean roommates were enough for this photo shoot.

Thanks, Justina and Sunhee!

And then things got a little bit out of control...
